SUBSTANCE: measuring regulator includes a pickup detecting a controllable parameter, being measured, the pickup is in the form of a resistive member, whose resistance changes at changing of the controllable parameter, being measured; a first current source, a second current source, a first resistor, a differential cascade, an actuating organ acting upon the parameter, being measured and controlled, when the last changes due to action of a predetermined stimulus, a threshold member, that may be turned on, when it is necessary to provide an impulse stimulus with the aid of the actuating organ, acting upon the parameter, being controlled; a third current source; a second resistor, that may be considered as a part of the above mentioned pickup; a first resistor of the current source; a transistor; a source of a reference voltage between a terminal of power supply of the current source and a base of the transistor; a register, limiting (setting) a current, passing through the voltage source; voltage follower or a high input resistance amplifier; the same resistance resistors; a resistor, having small resistance, such as R/2; a switching unit; an actuating member in an output circuit of the switching unit; transistors, that may be used for realizing the switching unit, a power source of measuring regulator; a measuring regulator; isolating diodes; an autonomous power supply unit (a storage battery); a field transistor; being used as a voltage controllable resistor.
