FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: thermostatic chamber comprises a casing made of lower 1 and upper sections accommodating insulating layers 3 and 4 secured to which are heating elements 5 and 6 in the form of a flat wire spiral. Width of spiral pitch is equal to the average or maximum size of filler 7. Disposed inside the casing is a temperature transmitter and, possibly, a humidity transmitter which serves as negative feedback for a humidity regulator. Temperature regulators connected to a voltage or current source heat upper and lower layers 3 and 4 which, in turn, heat directly the filler 7. Heating continues to the moment of reaching a preset temperature, then the temperature regulator cuts off the voltage source. As temperature drops below the preset level, the regulator switches on the voltage source again. As a result, temperature is maintained at a certain level. EFFECT: improved design. 5 cl, 5 dwg
