FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: hybrid arcless apparatus has two pairs of contacts operating at different time, operating mechanism for these contacts, semiconductor switch connected by its power leads through contacts of first pair in parallel to second pair of contacts; in addition, it is provided with third pair of contacts one of whose contact-member leads is connected to control lead of mentioned semiconductor switch and lead of second contact member is connected to common point of connection of contact-member leads of first and second contact pairs. Third contact pair is so mounted in respect to first and second contact pairs that its closure is effected upon closure of first contact pair and its opening, after opening of second contact pair; mentioned semiconductor switch (transistor module) is of hybrid design and mounted either on one of contacts or on its contact holder, or on contact holder common for contact members of three electrically insulated contact pairs.
