FIELD: gas output valve of storage cells. SUBSTANCE: partition 4 is made onto cap of wall 3 of storage cell. Hydrophobic valve is mounted in space between cap or wall 3 and partition 4. Hole 2 is made in cap or wall 3. Hole 5, being coaxial to hole 2, is made in partition 4. Both holes are closed by elastic lock member 1, which is mounted in hole 5 to have interference fit in.
