FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydro pneumatic control systems and is intended for controlling working fluid flows in service pipelines carrying, primarily, gaseous high-pressure and high-temperature media. It can be used in gas, oil chemical and other industries. The proposed valve incorporates a body, primary and auxiliary shut-off members with control rod and, additionally, a drive. The proposed valve represents a module to be built directly into the main line and comprises a standby system of the working process control. The said system allows a selective valve operation, i.e. remote control and control comprising a preset manual duplication of electric signals built around common remote and local signaling circuits operating in compliance with the position of the valve primary shut-off member, that is, "shut-off - open". The drive of the said shut-off members represents a connector made up of two components, i.e. an electromagnetic drive and a standby drive of the preset manual duplication of electric signals. Both drives are linked up with the shut-off valve control rod and are integrated structurally and functionally, into integral detachable command control unit rigidly jointed by a common housing and magnetic circuits cover. To fit the electromagnetic drive in the said command control unit housing, there is a central vertical through multi-stage bore with a threaded section and a guiding cylindrical surface for the said control unit to be tightly and coaxially jointed to the guide cylinder of the shut-off valve. The body central bore minor stage accommodates a guide sleeve with an outer circular thrust collar made from an anti-magnetic material with a stop from magnetically soft material with a central hole. The body central part outer side accommodates power supply lead-ins. The electromagnetic drive comprises two electromagnetic coils arranged aligned in the magnetic circuit cover. The central coil makes a pulsed, that is, starting coil operated in intermittent (pulsed) conditions. The other coil arranged off the center acts as a holding coil to be continuously operated. There is also the unit of signaling and switching incorporating three hermetic contacts and a lamp made from transparent and shock-proof material. The drive of the preset manual duplication of electric signals represents a control unit of the drive shaft provided with circular sealing elements on the outer cylindrical surfaces and a handle to turn the shaft horizontally through 180° to 190°. The drive of the preset manual duplication of electric signals is linked up with the shut-off valve control rod with the help of a pushpin eccentrically fitted relative to the axis of turn. The drive shaft incorporates a locking element representing a cylindrical pin, in the shaft bore. The shaft free end enters the shaped slot on the body side surface.
EFFECT: higher reliability and efficiency.
