FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: feeder has hopper whose bottom is made in form of infeed conveyor. Placed above outlet port of hopper is set of beaters. Each beater is cantilever mounted and is made in form of auger with teeth. Auger pitch increases in direction to outlet port. Device intended to provide uniform delivery of fodder is made in form of set of hinge-coupled strips. Each strip is spring-loaded relative to rear wall of hopper. As fodder is being discharged from hopper, springs expand, and strips deliver fodder towards front wall of hopper to stripping augers of beaters. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 4 dwg
