SUBSTANCE: device has two cylindrical housings 1 and 2 with loading branch pipes 3 and 4, extruding chamber 5, two drive coaxial shafts 6 and 9 coupled with bearing 8 placed in chamber 5. Each shaft is connected with drive. Mounted on each drive shaft is grate or group of grates 11 and 12 with fixed blades 13 and 14 placed between grates and secured in housing 1 and 2. Chamber 5 has outlets 15 and 16 with perforated matrices or circular clearances 17 and 18 with movable gates 19 and 20. Housings 1 and 2 have jackets 21 and 22 forming spaces 23 and 24 communicating with chambers of housings 1 and 2. Spaces of shafts 6 and 9 communicate with chambers of housings 1 and 2 through holes in blades of grates 11 and 12. Drive 25 has differential 26.
