Die is made splittable and has side rings 9 with L-shaped grooves and L-shaped bows 10 which together form T-shaped spaces 11 corresponding to T-shaped protrusions 14 in partitions 12 or to T-shaped groove in blocks of partitions. Each ring 9 is fastened with rim bearing housing and also with sprocket connected with shaft. Mounted on shaft is gear wheel engaged with another gear wheel. Mounted on axle is holder with rollers, and auger is seated inside axle. Roller sprockets are engaged with other sprockets. Auger shaft is connected with body. Radial partitions 12 with longitudinal protrusions which form pressing passages with another strip are combined and fastened in blocks. Device is provided with two blocks of dies.
