Optical unit includes diffuser incorporating He-Ne laser, light guide disposed in opening of mechanical unit bushing and contacting with one of light transparent cylinders mounted on one another to make T. Side surfaces of cylinders have reflecting coating. Cylinder positioned in parallel relative to roller axis has outlet opening shaped as strip. Method of using this device prescribes rolling roller along patients body with irradiating it by He-Ne laser.
