FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to laser devices for localised therapeutic and surgical impact with laser radiation on diseases and abnormalities of biological tissues. Laser medical device contains interconnected control microprocessor connected with transducer, and an optical unit that has two emitters generating laser radiation in visible and infrared optical spectrum respectively, to their distal end of the total fiber an interchangeable instrument is connected, at that the microprocessor is equipped with a display unit. The transducer is connected to the fiber and is made in the form of a conical diffuser with the walls diffuse reflection, which is commutated to the microprocessor through the photodiode built in the basement.
EFFECT: invention enables to expand technological capabilities of surgical impact on biological tissues of patients with an increase of the device functional reliability in whole due to application of the photoelectric method of active evaluation of laser radiation rate in optical instrument through diffusion diffuser providing control communication.
