FIELD: environmental protection. SUBSTANCE: device has vertical step column 1. The cross-section of the column increases from the bottom to the top. Conical adapters are interposed between the steps. Additional columns 10 and 24 are positioned above the bottom step column. The cross-section of the additional columns increases from the bottom to the top. The bottom and top columns are interconnected through straight pipes. The device also has tangential branch pipes 5 and 6 for supplying gas to the bottom part of the bottom column. Each column has the absorbent circulating loop, the absorbent being supplied from the top through centrifugal nozzles 12 and 13 made in concentrically arranged faces 11. The exhaust absorbent of the top columns is fed to the bottom columns as an absorbent. The exhaust absorbent from the lowest column is fed for regeneration. The regenerated absorbent is fed to the top column as a fresh absorbent. Sprayers are arranged uniformly over periphery of the ring tori. The outlet openings of all sprayers point vertically downwards. The sprayers are made up as centrifugal nozzles 12 and 13 which consist of housings with covers. The guide disk is clamped between the housing and cover. The disk has arc-shaped slots, and convex part of the disk faces the outlet. The direction of arc-shaped slots of the adjacent centrifugal nozzles of the ring torus are opposite. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 9 dwg
