FIELD: mixture preparation. SUBSTANCE: cavitation effect is generated using low frequency oscillations in fluid. Low frequency in the fluid is generated by short pulsed oscillations of elastic plates installed in prestressed compressed condition radially and fastened with one end to the extension piece on a crankshaft, and hinged by the other end to activator case.
