FIELD: water transport. SUBSTANCE: fin propeller is made in the form of flexible precompressed plate owing to which it is bent in shape. One end of plate is rigidly secured on watercraft hull. Other end of plate is shifted in turn to different sides so that clicks should be heard. Clicking part of plate sharply repel from water due to flexible properties of plate, thus moving the watercraft forward, i.e. plate performs oscillations similar to those performed by fish in water.
