FIELD: chemical technology. SUBSTANCE: iron-manganese concretions were milled up to the size 3 mm and obtained product then is ground at the rotation rate 16·103- 25·103 min-1 for 3-17 s. As a result of technological operation the maximal exchange rate of sorbent for Na, Rb, Ba and Co is increased by 2.0-2,2 times and equals 2.4 mg-eq./g for alkaline metals and Co; for Cu and Pb this value is increased by 35-45% and equals, mg-eq./g: 1.90 (Ni); 2.56 (Cu) and 2.72 (Pb). Invention is concerned to metal ions sorbent preparing. EFFECT: improved method of sorbent preparing. 5 tbl
