FIELD: vehicles. SUBSTANCE: sledge consists of a platform-bed with a back, two runners made up of flexible strip with rectilinear sliding surface and curved ends and turning mechanism with pedals for sledge movement control and maneuvering with the help of feet. The turning mechanism is placed under the platform and represents a system of rods and levers articulated with the ends and the center of the runners. When pressing a pedal the levers turn around and it results in displacement of the runners ends in horizontal plane to one side and displacement of their center to the other one. In this case the runners deflect in the plane of the least resistance to a curve and at the same time they turn around in a cross section. As a result a curvilinear projection of the runners appears on the surface over which sledge moves and make it turn around and move along curved track equal to the curvature of the runners.
