SUBSTANCE: installation has frame 1 with deep well pump 2 and filter 3 secured on drum 4 mounted on ends of brackets 5 with rocking drive 8. Mounted at both sides of frame 1 are two brackets 7 with drums 8 rotating around vertical axle. Reservoir 9 with mixer 10, metering pump 11 and neck 12 with cover is arranged in upper part of frame. Atomizers 13 secured to screw clamps 14 are arranged on hatch coamings and are connected by means of pipelines 15 with drums 6. Electric control panel 16 is mounted on frame.
