FIELD: production of activated water. SUBSTANCE: activator comprises a casing, anode and cathode, divided by a ceramic diaphragm and made as coaxial cylinders. The diaphragm is also made in the form of two cylinders tightly interconnected at the bottom. The upper part of the diaphragm outer cylinder is tightly connected with the casing while the inner cylinder is blind. The anode is accommodated in the inner cylinder of the diaphragm. The space between the diaphragm cylinders is filled with porous dielectric while the surfaces of diaphragm cylinders, anode and cathode are wave-like and equal. The activator is provided at the inlet with a hydraulic vibration generator installed before which is a partition with a valve. EFFECT: improved design. 6 cl, 1 dwg
