METHOD FOR PRODUCTION OF REVERSIBLE FUR FABRIC Russian patent published in 1995 - IPC

FIELD: light industry. SUBSTANCE: method for production of reversible fur fabric includes selection of base, its fastening around its periphery with location of fur hair downward, application of pattern of backside of base in form of rows of parallel or curved lines or their combinations. Then, each line is cut from point of its beginning to point of its end, and respective section of base is turned inside out over cut line through 180 deg uniformly arranging it along cut line. Base section turned through 180 deg is fastened to base itself. Used as base is any fur half-finished goods with fur hair at least 5 mm long. After cutting each line, additional incision is made in points of beginning and end of lines from these points to the right and/or to the left, square to cut line for more than 1.5 mm. Base section turned through 180 deg is fastened with stitch or glued. Distance between parallel straight or curved lines or their combinations are proportional to fur hair height and are less than six lengths of fur hair. Distance between rows of parallel straight or curved lines or their combinations is less than two lengths of fur hair. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 cl, 2 dwg
