FIELD: electroplating, in particular, mechanical engineering and instrument making. SUBSTANCE: method involves preliminary thermal treatment of billet by heating it to 0.85-0.90 of billet material solidus temperature followed by cooling in water medium; providing diffusion roasting of article with electrodeposit at 0.5-0.7 of melting temperature of low-melting point material in electrodeposit-base system for 0.5-1 hour.
