FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: method includes preliminary thermal treatment of parts, electric deposition of galvanic coating from nickel-containing electrolyte and annealing of parts in inertial medium. At the same time preliminary thermal treatment of parts is carried out at the temperature of 160°-180°C for 3-6 hours. Electric deposition is carried out from electrolyte that contains sulfates of nickel, magnesium and cobalt, nickel chloride and boric acid. And annealing of parts with galvanic coating is carried out at the temperature of 300-400°C.
EFFECT: production of coating on the basis of nickel having high adhesion strength with substrate, preserving appearance of galvanic coating, prolongation of service life of items that operate under severe conditions related to increased temperature and friction.
