FIELD: analog processing of information. SUBSTANCE: crystallographic orientation of the plane of film ZHIG used in the capacity of a waveguide element is disoriented by 0-15 deg from planes (100) or (210) or (110) or (211). The permanent magnet is constituted by a magnet of an alloy with a nonnegative temperature coefficient of the magnetic field intensity, then the magnet and film are connected and the PSMV is directed at such an angle to the crystallographic axis selected in the plane of the film for which the temperature frequency coefficient of PSMV in the film αF relates to the temperature coefficient of magnetic field intensity αH, as αFH= H/F (dF/dН), here H magnetic field intensity, F frequency of PMSV. The claimed method ensures thermal stability of the working frequency of the device for analog processing of SHF signals in a wider interval of temperatures (from -60 to +85 C).
