FIELD: textile industry. SUBSTANCE: this method prescribes first heating backing threads by steam jets, impregnating these with sizing solution, squeezing and treating threads by aerodynamic flow, hydrodynamically treating threads on both sides with spherical three-dimensional bodies, and finally drying, separating and weaving thus treated threads. Disclosed device incorporates shutoff chamber and impregnation bath that includes coniform vessel partially filled with spherical three-dimensional bodies and having slotted tubes in its lower portion to supply compressed air to spherical bodies. This device further includes squeezing rolls disposed downstream from impregnation bath, aerodynamic treatment device, drying chamber, dividing field and winding unit.
