SUBSTANCE: internal gear train consists on internal and external fine-module gear wheels of small difference of teeth number whose axles are parallel; one gear wheel with limitedly pliable rim is shifted in plane of engagement relative to its nominal position in direction of other gear wheel by amount determined from expression A = kA1+A2 where A1 is magnitude of rated center-to-center distance; k=1.0 to 2.0 is coefficient of shifting of axis of gear wheel with limitedly pliable rim relative to nominal position which ensures its elastic deformation under load and multi-pair engagement; A2 is magnitude of radial backlash of gear wheels relative to their nominal position. This gear train makes it possible to transmit torques from 10 kgf.m to 10 tf.m at gear ratio ranging from 20 to 300 and more. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 1 dwg
