FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: built-up gear wheel includes toothed disks of parallel runs of gear train fastened together at faces forming single gear wheel. Modules of disk engagement are different. Radii of pitch circles of toothed disks and radius of pitch circle of built-up hear wheel are equal. Toothed rims of disks with larger modules have larger width. Toothed disks are fastened together by means of clamping rods parallel to axis of wheel. One rod is used for aligning relative position of toothed rims of disks. Rods are passed through entire thickness of disks. Disks have individual module for each run of gear train. They are engageable with disks of the same module and of the same run of gear train of other built- up wheel forming pair of gears. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 4 cl, 5 dwg
