FIELD: cryogenic engineering. SUBSTANCE: flow rate of gas mixture to separation column 1, rate of flow of liquid xenon from separation column to xenon purification column 3 and rates of flow of krypton and xenon blown from columns 2 and 3 are corrected through comparison of actual indicated parameters with preset information on their nominal magnitudes and approximation of these parameters to preset nominal range till krypton and xenon of nominal cleanness are obtained.
