FIELD: purification and separation of multicomponent mixtures.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with the field of purification and separation of multicomponent mixtures. The method provides for separation of a multicomponent mixture (stream B), containing two target component with different volatility in a column of separation of higher-boiling impurities with formation of a purified fraction of both target components (stream C) and poor-volatile impurities, separation of stream C in a less volatile target production column into a productional less volatile target component and a mixture faction of the more volatile target component (stream D), separation from stream D of poor-volatile impurities in the column of separation of intermediate impurities with formation of a purified stream D, which separated by a known method. Withdrawals of stream B and stream D are realized from the upper zones of the concentration parts of the columns. Stream B is filtered, the cavities of apparatuses and connections before starting of the operation are vacuumized with heating by a mechanical pump, and at a stop - by a cryosorptional pump, dead ends and manifolds are blown out, and from an adsorber and a reactor before regeneration the target components are displaced. There is device for realization of the method. The invention allows to increase purity and to reduce losses of production gases, and also to reduce metal consumption.
