SUBSTANCE: device has flow agitators 1, a unit 3 for physical-and-chemical treatment from explosive and solidifiable impurities, a low-temperature heat exchanger 16 and a distillation column 10 for obtaining a krypton-xenon mixture with outlet lines for the krypton-xenon mixture 31 and a stream of waste oxygen 29, 30, a treatment unit 14, having a distillation column 17 and fitted on lines for the stream of waste oxygen 29, 30. Contact space 11, 18 of the column and for obtaining the krypton-xenon mixture 10 and special purity oxygen 17 is made from a structured or packed spiral-prismatic cap. The stream of the primary krypton-xenon concentrate is fed into a line 2 for primary krypton-xenon concentrate. Physical-and-chemical treatment of explosive and solidifiable impurities is carried out. Cooling and distillation separation are carried out to obtain a krypton-xenon mixture and a stream of waste oxygen. The stream of waste oxygen is purified from impurities through distillation to obtain special purity oxygen.
EFFECT: invention lowers cost of producing a krypton-xenon mixture and oxygen.
