FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: manometer has two coaxial metal cylinders 2, placed inside hollow metal cylindrical case 1. The cylinders are filled with working fluid 3. The pipe is welded in at the bottom part of case 1. The pipe is connected with ampule 9, filled with acetone, which ampule is placed into thermostat 8. Gasket 7, made in form of thin-wall cylinder, is mounted inside case 1. The gasket is made of copper powder. Interferometer is used for reading differential in liquid level. Coaxial cylinders are fastened to the top cap of manometer; the cap serves as cooler. Both cylinders are pumped out preliminary till gassing pressure of 10 mm of mercury column. Then gas is fed into one of them under pressure measured. Working fluid ascends inside the cylinder, and pressure is determined according to the level difference, which is measured by interferometer.
