FIELD: oil-producing industry; methods and devices for separation and accounting of the products containing the gaseous phase and two liquid phases with the different density.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to separation of the products of the operational wells containing the components with the different density and may be used in the oil producing systems. The method provides for feeding of the products in the first zone of the separation for division of the products into the gaseous and the liquid phases and withdrawal of the gas. The liquid phase is routed into the second zone of separation, where they exercise the liquid phase disintegration into the equal in height piles of the liquid phase with the smaller and bigger density allocated one over other. The liquid phase having the bigger density is routed to the third separation zone. The second and the third separation zones are formed as the communicating vessels. In the third separation zone from the liquid phase with bigger density form the pile, which height is less than the total height of the two piles of the liquid phase in the second separation zone by the value, which is kept constant. The device includes the sealed body, in which the first chamber has three plates forming a labyrinth. The second chamber is formed behind the last plate. The third chamber is installed inside the second chamber with formation of the communicating vessels. The technical result of the invention consists in the increased phase separation efficiency.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased phase separation efficiency.
