FIELD: testing equipment. SUBSTANCE: plant is fitted with second roller 10 put on other end of lever 2 and coupled to rotation drive 9, wheel 11 mounted on baseplate and fixture 12 to turn wheel 11 which rotation plane is parallel to movement plane of lever 2. Passive gripper 8 of sample 4 is anchored on internal surface of wheel 11. EFFECT: expanded functional capabilities by provision for testing under loading with both axial and bending loads and by both types of loads when proportion between them is controlled. 1 dwg
