FIELD: fiber-optic communication lines. SUBSTANCE: device has case, irradiator, which is fixed rigidly inside the case, fiber ligthguide. Edge of the lightguide is mounted for displacement along optical axis of irradiator. Device also has focusing element and device for moving the focusing element at the plane, which is perpendicular to optical axis of the irradiator. The moving device has yoke with rounded bottom part and two inversely perpendicular planes at its top part. Guiding grooves are made at the surface of the planes. Device has three screws and spring as well. One screw is mounted inside the case for contact with lower part of the yoke. Spring is connected with the yoke to provide permanent compression of guiding grooves against two other screws. EFFECT: improved efficiency of operation. 4 dwg
