FIELD: laser medical devices for cutting, coagulation and heating tissue. SUBSTANCE: device has laser, which has active element which has convex spherical surface and is mounted between parallel flat mirrors on common optical axis. Flat side of active element is directed towards output mirror which is located in adjustment unit. Active element is located in pumping unit which is connected to control unit and cooling system. Laser part of optical joint contains focusing lens and diode optical pair which is connected to control unit. Reflecting sleeve of cable part of joint is located between elements of optical pair and carrier fiber waveguide which input end is located in focus of lens which directs output light beam.
