DEVICE FOR MANUFACTURE OF WINDINGS Russian patent published in 1995 - IPC

Abstract RU 2051436 C1

FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to manufacture of windings of small-sized electric motors. Device includes mandrel 1 on which wound self-vitrifying wire 2 is laid. Mandrel is put on driving shaft 3 which carries left 4 and right 5 mechanisms for wire holding. Templet ring 6 is made fast to right mechanism 5 for wire holding. Driving shaft is carried by bracket of baseplate 7. Rollers 8 and 9 roll over templet ring 6. Roller 8 is coupled to platform 10 where wire-layer 11 is anchored. Platform 10 is mounted in guides 12 for reciprocating motion. Locating fixture is composed of platform 13 mounted in guides 14 and nozzle 15 made fast to platform 13. Nozzle 15 has built-in heater which can heat supplied air to necessary temperature. EFFECT: increased productivity and reduced labour input. 1 dwg
