FIELD: vulcanization of industrial rubber goods. SUBSTANCE: vulcanizer comprises a casing made of stationary lower part 3 and movable part 4 and accommodating electric heating elements 5 and 6, roller bed rollers 7 and a ventilation system. Heating elements 5 and 6 and rollers 7 form tunnel 12 for the passage of blank 24. The vulcanizer is provided with means for batching, cleaning and fire control. The batching means has the form of stationary upper roll-down rollers 23 installed at the casing inlet, lower driving lifting rollers 25 carrying batching frame 29, and swing-down batching conveyor 16 disposed at the casing outlet. The cleaning means is made as chain conveyor 33 mounted under roller bed 7 with its chains 34 carrying lubricating and cleaning members 39 and 35, respectively, and electromagnet 38. The fire control means is comprised of a light source and beam transmitter 42 installed in pipes 45 which are in communication with vulcanizing tunnel 12. EFFECT: improved design. 4 cl, 2 dwg
