FIELD: light industry. SUBSTANCE: bobbin sleeve has fibre catching slot 2 in normal plane close to end face surface passing along part of circumference and consisting of sink - in section 4 and clamping section 5. To catch fibre when fibre and bobbin sleeve 1 move in the same direction, fibre catcher 26 is installed in catching slot 2 at beginning of clamping section 5. Fibre catcher 6 does not prevent getting of fibre radially into catching slot 2, but locks radial output from clamping section 5. Fibre catcher 6 is made of several layers of paper. At abrupt rise of fibre efforts fibre does not break paper layer one by one owing to the fact that fibre catcher is formed by locking edge made on bobbin sleeve 1. Locking edge embraces the sleeve over its thickness and fibre acts on entire thickness of sleeve, and not on separate layers of paper in bobbin sleeve. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 9 dwg
