SUBSTANCE: method involves controlling quality of movable thread in the process of manufacture and treatment by continuous measurement of thread tension force; setting thread tensioning force curve and accumulating it in the form of defect image in case of occurrence of defect; controlling continuously measured thread tension force by coincidence with defect image or portions of defect image; generating quality signal in case of occurrence of specific defect curve; using quality signal to regulate method parameters.
