SUBSTANCE: device comprises casing with an oil-extraction cylinder from bar members, each made in the shape of a polygon in cross section, and mounting members forming oil outlet channels. Each oil-extraction bar member is symmetrical in cross section. The surfaces of its two counterposed sides, one of which is directed towards the cylinder casing, are made at least dihedral to reduce specific stresses in the casing walls during operation.
