FIELD: production of ethers and oils. SUBSTANCE: concrete (its quantity being 1 mass part) being dissolved in organic solvent (its quantity being 8 mass parts) is treated by milk of lime, thus obtained aqueous-organic phase being separated by decantation of waxes. Then solvent is distilled, thus prepared technical sclareol is purified by crystallization. Mentioned above milk of lime contains slaked lime (its quantity being 0.5-1 mass parts) and water (its quantity being 5 mass parts). Ethanol, methanol, isopropanol and acetone are used as said solvent. EFFECT: improves efficiency of method. 1 tbl
