SUBSTANCE: invention describes 17-deoxycorticoid-21-esters of carboxylic acids of the formula (I) where A means CHOH at β-position; Y means hydrogen, fluorine atom; means a single or double bond; Z means hydrogen, fluorine atom of methyl group; R(1) means phenyl, thienyl, pyridyl, indolyl, naphthyl each of that is unsubstituted or substituted with one or two substituents taken among the group including lower alkoxy-group, methylenedioxy-group; [C1-C4-alkyl] is saturated or mono-unsaturated beginning from C2 and multi-unsaturated from C3, or cyclic, branched because of other alkyl-groups; R(2) means hydrogen atom, α-- or β-methyl. Compounds can be used for treatment of patients with dermatosis and show antitumor and anti-inflammatory effect. Invention describes methods of their synthesis and drug based on thereof.
