FIELD: producing bioactive materials. SUBSTANCE: wood green of conifers (pine, spruce, fir and cedar is subsequently processed, that is extracted by organic solvent, separated by settling and filtering on cooling coniferous wax with its melting point ranging from 72 to 76 C. A solution of extractive materials in a hydrocarbon solvent is obtained so as to be saponified by a 20 - 40 percent alkali solution. The resulting saponified solution is separated to receive a solution of neutral matters in a hydrocarbon solvent and a water alkaline solution of organic salts. The latter is acidified to pH 1 - 3 by an in organic or organic acid and settled for isolating chlorophyllous acids and a mixture of fatty and resin acids which is used to extract insecticide. A solvent is distilled from the neutral matters the latter yielding a wax having a melting point of 52 - 56 C which is recovered by precipitation. The neutral matters are further extracted by a polar organic solvent, the ratio of these two components being 1 to 2-6. Then settling is performed, the matter is decanted and siphoned so as to separate into refined product and extract. The latter is distilled under vacuum with the residual pressure being not more than 1300 Pa. A fraction is extracted with its boiling point ranging from 90 to 130 C, the fraction being sesquisterlenoid concentrate. A stillage residue formed as a strong labdanoic alcohol is also deposited. The latter being crystallized in an organic solvent. The refined product is saponified by an alcoholic alkaline solution. Alcohol is distilled and then extracted with an organic solvent and acidified to pH 1-2 to recover a concentrate of fatty and resin acids. The resulting unsaponifiable matters are subjected to liquid extraction to obtain sterols polysterols and strong aliphatic hydrocarbons C10-C28. EFFECT: more efficient process. 3 tbl
