FIELD: oil producing industry. SUBSTANCE: method for development of oil pool includes well drilling and oil production under the conditions of depletion drive with observation of rational bottom hole pressure in producing wells and rational decrease of formation pressure. Period of oil production is alternated with the period of water injection with restoration and increase of formation pressure up to rational value with subsequent accomplishment of oil recovery period under depletion drive conditions.
