FIELD: testing technology. SUBSTANCE: test stand has object under test, devices for supplying power to object under test, devices for measuring the parameters of object under test, devices for measuring the test parameter, devices for changing the loading made in form of shaft mounted for adjusting the anti-torque moment and kinematically linked with the object under test by means of mechanical linkage. Device for supplying power is made in form of source of electric heating of power members and elements of switching being programmed. Shaft is made as crankshaft. Mechanical linkage is formed by deformation mechanism and synchronization mechanism. Deformation mechanism is made in form of two groups of levers; each group consists of two parallel levers rigidly interconnected by means of axles running through their centers; axles are perpendicular to each other and are rotatably mounted in housing at distance of not deformed power member. Ends of power members are articulated on ends of levers of first and second groups. Synchronization mechanism is made in form of two crank mechanisms and two bevel pairs.
