FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves determining oxygenation index in an extremity under study in initial state during vein compression and after their decompression. Tissular oxygenation index is determined at the same point during after the extremity has been kept in horizontal position for 10 min. The index value being increased in compressed state with respect to its initial state, spastic disorders are diagnosed. The index value being decreased after decompression with respect to the initial state, trophic disorders of the peripheral blood circulation are diagnosed. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of diagnosis.
