FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves taking whole blood sample from patient, selecting its lipid fraction to determine the phosphatidylinozite and phosphatidylinozite-3-phosphate level by means of horizontal flow chromatography method. The first value being equal to 7.0-7.5 nmole of phosphorus per 1 mg of protein and the second value being equal to 0.21-0.23 nmole of phosphorus per 1 mg of protein, the treatment is judged to be successful. The first value being unchanged or being equal to 5.5-6.0 nmole of phosphorus per 1 mg of protein and the second value being equal to 0.11- 0.14 nmole of phosphorus per 1 mg of protein, the treatment is judged to fail. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy in evaluating treatment effectiveness.
