FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves examining prostate secret and whole blood. Phosphoinositide contents is determined by applying thin layer chromatography before and after treatment. Phosphoinositide contents being fallen down by 20-30% in prostate secret and by 50-70% in venous blood, effective therapy selection and favorable disease prognosis is considered to take place. Otherwise, ineffective therapy selection and unfavorable disease prognosis is considered to be the case. EFFECT: high accuracy of the method.
