FIELD: traffic control devices. SUBSTANCE: control unit sends through first channel encoded requests. Each request contains starting packet, code of vehicle serial number, deviation of identified vehicle position from schedule and command for speech connection request. When request finishes, vehicle sends encoded answer, which contains either marker code, code of vehicle position and command for speech connection request, or code of mode for measuring specific resistance of traffic to motion of vehicle and codes of vehicle velocity in start and end of road part being controlled. First register, which serves as input, and second register, which serves as output, with control circuit are introduced in receiving unit for encoded information from route sensors. This results in possibility to increase validity of receiving. Encoded information from route sensors is represented by their double numbers in paraphase code, if encoded information from route sensors is received several times (five times, for example), it is stored in output register. When vehicle is located out of range of consistent reception of encoded information from route sensors, then paraphase conditions for testing are violated.
