FIELD: brewery industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves the preparing grain mash, its saccharification, filtration and washing followed by boiling wort with hop. Saccharification is carried out at bubbling with carbon dioxide under excessive pressure 70-150 kPa. Sugar and kvass wort concentrate (as 20-30 and 3-10%, respectively, of grains mass) were added to the prepared washing waters. Mixture is boiled for 30-60 min and added to the wort in the process of its boiling. EFFECT: improved method of wort producing.
