FIELD: brewery industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing mash from barley brewery malt, addition of unmelted raw, its saccharification, mash filtering and preparing the parent wort at mass part of dry matter 12-14% followed by wort boiling with hop, cooling, fermentation and additional fermentation. Cereal crop Japanese millet (Echinochloa frumentacea) is used as unmelted raw for mash preparing taken at amount 1-4% of mashing cereal products which is added simultaneously with barley brewery malt as unmilled grain. EFFECT: accelerated and simplified method, broadened beer assortment. 1 tbl
