FIELD: brewing industry. SUBSTANCE: process comprises preparing mash from light malt with addition of unmalted materials, separating salt mash into liquid and solid portions and subsequently combining them, saccharifying said mash and supplying carbon dioxide into the solid portion of said mash with inoperative agitator in amount of 0.5-0.7 kg per minute for 20 to 30 minutes at excessive pressure of 90-170 kPa. EFFECT: more efficient preparation process.
