FIELD: nonalcoholic industry. SUBSTANCE: preparing laminated aluminosilicate used as clearing agent is carried out by its roasting at 750-1000 C which is added to beverage at concentration 0.3-2.2 g, preferably, 0.7-1.2 g per 1 kg beverage or semifinished product. Vermiculite, hydrophlogopite, muscovite and phlogopite were used as laminated aluminosilicate being separately or as mixture of minerals indicated. Mixture is kept with beverage or semifinished product up to the solid particle precipitation formed as a result of their interaction. Muscovite and phlogopite can be treated before calcination with 10% solution of hydrogen peroxide at solution consumption 30-70 g per 1 kg aluminosilicate. Calcination of laminated aluminosilicate is necessary to be carried out for from 10 s to 30 min followed by milling aluminosilicate up to the particle size less then 0.1 mm. Calcined aluminosilicate can be added to beverage which is not separated from fruit mass, or did thereof. Additionally, ammonium phosphate or ortho-phosphoric acid can be added to beverage at concentration 0.7-1.1 g and 0.6-1.0 g per 1 g calcined aluminosilicate, respectively.
